Log into your Pinter account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Pack with Care
For non-perishable hardware or pantry staples, place the items back in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our kitchen team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
